Getting under the skin of your business to discover the strengths and pain points people are experiencing.

What works, why, and how. Identifying the gaps. Understanding the culture.

I do this through holding stakeholder interviews, focus groups and surveys, as well as using any existing organisational data to help paint a picture of the current reality.
